Aloha! greetings from my beautiful island home. Yes, I am fortunate enough to have been born and raised in Hawaii. I’ve been making my living as a writer for what seems like an eternity, writing and producing television shows no one watches. Seriously, I worked at CNN in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. back in the “chicken noodle news” days and hit the big wall of burnout.
Since then I have been back in Hawaii where I help write, produce, and edit industrial, instructional, and educational videos for various clients. In the last couple of years I have gone back to my first love, writing fiction (murder mysteries and thrillers) as well as stage plays.
When I am not writing, hosting my writers group, reading about writing, I am developing a curriculum of on-line writing courses at WANAInternational.com, the website created by Social Media Jedi, Kristen Lamb. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to stop by and visit. I hope you find some interesting tidbits here and I look forward to hearing from you.
cheers, rachel
